Park near the lodge’s indoor pool and hop on the short 0.5-mile trail. In just five minutes, you’ll arrive at the first set of falls, with a few more waiting along the way if the kids are up for extra exploring. Getting there is part of the adventure: from Davis, take HWY-32 toward Thomas, then follow Douglas Road (Route 27) and Rail Falls Road. Bonus Stop: On your way, check out the Buxton & Landstreet Gallery & Studios in a historic schoolhouse.
